Sales Manager Spare Parts in internal sales (m/f/d) 100 %

YOUR TASKS

• Competent customer advice and efficient processing of spare parts sales
• Direct contact person for our dealers to support sales activities
• Independent processing of spare parts orders including invoicing
• Processing and clarification of technical customer inquiries
• Maintenance of material and customer master data
• Monitoring of open offers and outstanding customer orders
• Support in the planning and implementation of sales promotions
• Responsible for the smooth processing of export orders including the creation and verification of all required shipping and customs documents

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed technical training (e.g., mechanic in the construction or agricultural machinery sector) with further training in the commercial field is an advantage
• Proven sales experience, ideally in a technical environment
• Professional experience in spare parts service, internal sales, or sales support is an advantage
• Very good German skills, good French skills and English skills are an advantage
• Service-oriented, structured and team-oriented personality with technical understanding
