Your contribution

• Coordination of quality, environment, and safety (QAS) aspects of the Center as a reference point and central hub for activities in these areas, as well as networking the various processes
• Consulting and support to the Center management in the management system: verification of regulatory compliance, execution of hazard analyses and risk assessments, as well as proposal and implementation of the relative measures
• Assumption of central roles in safety matters (occupational safety, radiation protection, dangerous goods, responsible for toxic substances, information security, and protection of objects), including the care of the relative plans and the constitution of the emergency organization
• Guarantee of aspects related to spaces and environment (RU-Supporter) of the Center according to the real estate concept of the DDPS, as well as integration of environmental aspects into processes and business
• Responsibility for the quality and process management area: audits and internal and external controls, system of ideas and complaints, investigations, project portfolio and controlling, TQM and Business Excellence
• Training and awareness of employees on QAS topics in German (min. B2) and Italian, including the coordination of external training, the execution of internal training at the Center as well as the planning of priority programs and awareness campaigns

What distinguishes you

• Basic technical or artisanal training, preferably with specialization in the commercial or economic-business field, or higher vocational training, with 2--3 years of relevant experience for the function
• Completed training as a Safety Assistant SLPS (Sicherheitsassistent/in ASGS), attested by a Suva certificate or a certificate issued within the framework of training supported by the CFSL, or equivalent training constitutes a preferential title
• Specialist training or knowledge in the areas of quality, process and project management, audits and controls, environmental management, occupational safety, dangerous goods, integral security, and Business Excellence constitute an advantage
• Generalist with professional experience and good knowledge in the field of the assigned activity, with a sense of the essential and a way of working oriented towards results and solutions
• Autonomous and responsible personality, with thinking and action from a corporate perspective, strong orientation to service, ability to work in teams and excellent team spirit
• Communicative personality, with proficiency in the use of digital technologies and in the processing of data and information
