We offer a fair salary, which ranges between CHF 135’000 to CHF 150’000 per year (100% workload) depending on experience and skills. Applications from talents with differing competencies are also welcome; in such cases, your salary may lie slightly below or above the range.

• You analyze market, customer, and technology trends and derive new business opportunities and offers from them.
• In this function, you are responsible for the further development of existing offers with a focus on customer benefit, marketability, and profitability.
• You use data and analyses to better understand customer needs and to develop differentiated solutions from them.
• The preparation of business cases as well as sound decision-making bases for management and stakeholders lies with you.
• You work closely with sales, marketing, product management, operations, IT, and data analytics and successfully lead projects into implementation.
• You develop new perspectives and solution approaches based on sound analyses and economic arguments.

This is what you bring with you.

• You have a higher education (FH, university or comparable) in business administration, industrial engineering, logistics, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in business development, offer development, product management, or in strategic functions are among your strengths.
• You understand logistical processes and value chains and can assess the operational impacts of strategic decisions.
• Strong analytical skills as well as experience in the development of business cases and data-based decisions round off your profile.
• You convince through initiative, strength of implementation, pragmatism, and the ability to win different stakeholders for common goals.
• You communicate very well orally and in writing in a first national language and have good knowledge of a second national language.
