Cleaning Employee M/F/X

We are looking for a cleaning employee M/F/X to come and complete our team within a watchmaking production environment.

Missions
Ensure the cleaning and maintenance of administrative premises, production workshops, and common areas.
Dust, wash floors, clean windows, furniture, and sanitary facilities.
Apply the hygiene and disinfection protocols in force in sensitive areas.
Ensure the cleanliness and order of workstations and circulation areas.
Maintain cleaning equipment and report any malfunction.
Manage the storage of cleaning products and monitor consumable stocks.
Respect safety instructions and mark off risk areas during interventions.
Report any anomaly, degradation, or situation requiring special intervention.

Profile sought
No specific training is mandatory to start, but initial experience in the field of cleaning, maintenance, or industry is an asset.
Careful, rigorous person attentive to detail.
Sense of organization and ability to work autonomously.
Strict respect for hygiene and safety rules and internal procedures.
Great discretion and respect for confidentiality, indispensable in a watchmaking environment.
Punctuality, reliability, and sense of responsibility.
