Event Sales Manager (m/f/d)

As Event Sales Manager (m/f/d) 100% you work at the interface of culture, design, hotel management, and gastronomy. You are the central contact person and ensure with tact, organizational talent, and enthusiasm that every event becomes a special experience.

Your mission:
Sale of concerts, festivals, readings, meetings, conferences and large-scale events with up to 1'300 guests
Receipt of event inquiries and independent creation of offers and contracts
Consulting and support of our customers from business, culture, corporate, and private sectors
Coordination with other departments for the execution of the events
Development and sale of individual event concepts including budget responsibility
Creation and control of invoices and accounts receivable
Active management of the occupancy of our event rooms and hotel capacities
Maintenance of existing customer relationships as well as acquisition of new business partners
Co-design and further development of our offering as well as our sales processes

How you score:
2-5 years of experience in event sales, event management, or a comparable function in hotel management or gastronomy
Completed training in hotel management and/or gastronomy; further training at a hotel management school is an advantage
Host personality with high service orientation and joy in contact with people
Sales strength, initiative, and a good sense for customer needs
Very good German and English skills in spoken and written; other languages are welcome
Sound administrative skills and experience in handling hotel, reservation, or PMS systems
Organizational talent, flexibility, and the ability to maintain an overview even in hectic situations
Joy in taking on responsibility and contributing your own ideas
