Construction Manager - Special Foundation Engineering

We are looking for an experienced construction manager for special foundation engineering for a construction company.

Tasks

• Management and coordination of interesting construction sites until handover
• Responsible for costs, deadlines as well as quality
• Contact person for internal as well as external contact persons
• Deployment and scheduling of vehicles, machines and equipment
• Timely preparation of interim and final measurements/invoicing

Requirements

• Completed basic training with further training as a construction manager or engineer
• Relevant professional experience and sound knowledge from special foundation engineering
• Strong leadership personality with entrepreneurial thinking and action
• Pronounced social competence and teamwork skills
• Structured and independent way of working
• Proficient in handling common MS Office products, Abacus knowledge is an advantage
• Exciting tasks and projects in a family-like company
