HR Business Systems Specialist
WHAT YOU CAN MOVE WITH US
You ensure that the HR specialist applications you look after meet the requirements of the internal customers
Together with users and IT specialists, you further develop our applications and actively shape their use
You coordinate the testing and implementation of new functionalities in your area of responsibility
You configure the applications and ensure efficient support of our HR processes
You create practical user documentation and organize the training of the users
In the event of malfunctions and errors, you analyze the causes and ensure a sustainable solution
WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU
A completed education in the field of HR/personnel management
Further training in business informatics or interest in the interface between HR and IT
Knowledge of SwissSalary or Abacus is a plus
Experience in payroll processing/payroll and in customer support
Experience in process modeling, requirement gathering and testing
Strong technical understanding as well as a quick grasp
Communicative and enthusiastic team player
Independent and structured way of working
Very good German skills in speaking and writing, French skills desirable
