This is your contribution

• Take over full deputization of the Team Leader HR Admin 2
• Competently advise employees, supervisors, and HR managers in the HR Service Center and resolve inquiries in first and second-level support
• Maintain personnel, salary, and organizational data in the HR systems and reliably and punctually process salary, expense, and social insurance processes
• Independently carry out mutations in SuccessFactors and SAP HCM (IPDM and PSD)
• Independently process complex special cases as well as carefully control finance-relevant data and HR processes
• Actively accompany IT developments, projects, and system tests, as well as create evaluations and analyses; create work instructions and training materials and pass on knowledge within the team

What makes you unique

• Commercial or equivalent EFZ training with further training in HR (e.g., HR Fachausweis or personnel administration)
• Several years of experience in personnel and payroll administration
• Confident handling of SAP or comparable HR systems as well as enjoyment of digital processes
• Analytical, structured, and independent way of working as well as enjoyment of contact with different stakeholders
• Interest in taking responsibility and developing professionally
• Good knowledge of a second official language is an advantage

The Armeestab (A Stab) supports the Chef der Armee in leading the Defence Department area and is responsible for the overall military planning and development of the Schweizer Armee. Here, in accordance with political specifications, the strategic foundations, the armed forces development, and the army and armament planning are developed, and tasks in the international security context are performed. The leadership, management, and coordination of all overarching cross-sectional areas (personnel, finance, real estate) also fall within the responsibility of the Armeestab.
