Job description:

You support the project management in administrative and organisational matters and ensure that everything runs smoothly both in the project environment and in everyday office life. You coordinate appointments and meetings, prepare documents and take minutes. In addition, you keep an overview of project-related documents and data and ensure their careful management.

As a central contact point for organisational issues, you take care of orders, mail processing and the reception of customers and guests. Furthermore, you coordinate external service providers and ensure that the office infrastructure and meeting rooms are optimally organised.

What we expect from you:

Several years of professional experience in planning offices in the construction sector

Strong organisational skills and a structured way of working

Flexibility

High social competence

Good German language skills, spoken and written
