An industrial SME active in Switzerland and internationally, we are looking for a Sales Administration & Customer Service Manager to strengthen our sales team and our chemical products subsidiary. You will ensure the administrative follow-up of sales and guarantee a smooth and professional customer experience.
Your missions
Entry and follow-up of customer orders
Preparation of offers, confirmations, invoices and credit notes
Coordination of deliveries with production/logistics
Monitoring of deadlines and management of complaints
Daily contact with customers (telephone/e-mail)
Updating of data and support to the sales team
Your profile
CFC as a commercial employee or equivalent training
Experience in sales administration/customer service (ideally in industry/SME)
Comfortable with ERP (Sage) and MS Office 365
Fluent French; German would be an asset
Organized, autonomous and team player, service-oriented
