In addition to the headquarters in Otelfingen ZH, we are present with other sites in the cantons AG, BE, LU, SG, ZH, and VD.

Our subsidiary Swiss ProWork AG accompanies adolescents, young adults, refugees, and people in long-term job searches on their way towards the first labor market. The focus is on individual support, practical training, and real prospects for the future.

For our comprehensive school support programs JOAL and Sprungbrett at the Otelfingen site (Zurich Unterland region), we are looking for a committed person to start immediately or by arrangement as a teacher and employment coach 80-100% (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Accompanying adolescents and young adults towards professional apprenticeship or the first labor market
• Teaching general culture (ABU)
• Individual support and accompaniment of participants
• Conducting support interviews and collaboration within an interdisciplinary team
• Writing support, learning, and end-of-program reports
• Participation in the design and development of our support programs

What you bring

• Pedagogical training, SVEB1 or comparable practical experience
• Joy of working with adolescents and young adults
• Empathy, patience, humor and at the same time the ability to accompany in a clear and motivating manner
• Interest in intercultural collaboration and different life stories
• Team spirit and a positive attitude
• Structured working method as well as impeccable written and spoken German
