For our client, an established organization in the outpatient healthcare sector in the Basel region, we are looking for a committed and open-minded Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH.

Do you have nursing professional experience and are you interested in accompanying people with mental illnesses? Then you have the opportunity to bring your existing expertise into a new and exciting field of activity.

Nursing professionals from somatics are also very welcome - psychiatric professional experience is not a requirement.

Requirement Profile ##

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH or equivalent training with SRK recognition
• Professional experience in nursing, ideally in different specialist areas
• Interest in the psychiatric field and willingness to develop professionally
• Independent, structured and responsible way of working
• Strong social competence, empathy and enjoyment of interacting with people
• Confidence in assessing different nursing situations
• Good German language skills as well as basic IT user knowledge
• Willingness to carry out assignments by bicycle

Tasks ##

• Independent nursing, advice and accompaniment of people with mental illnesses in their familiar environment
• Assessment of individual nursing and support needs
• Planning, implementation and evaluation of suitable nursing measures
• Promotion of independence and support in coping with everyday challenges
• Accompanying people in different and sometimes demanding life situations
• Cooperation with relatives as well as various internal and external specialists
• Ensuring professional nursing documentation
