OT Network Engineer (F/M) 80-100%

Profile

• Higher education degree in computer science
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar position
• Mastery of Cisco technologies and Fortinet and Palo Alto network security solutions
• Proven experience in the administration and operation of critical network and security infrastructures, with high availability and resilience requirements
• Excellent command of French, good knowledge of technical English, German is a plus
• Knowledge of monitoring, performance analysis, and network infrastructure lifecycle management tools
• Knowledge of IoT/IIoT technologies
• Proactive and ability to contribute to the continuous improvement of infrastructures and practices
• Team spirit, autonomy, and sense of responsibility
• Good integration skills and interpersonal ease

Responsibilities

• Guarantee the availability, performance, resilience, and security of OT Network infrastructures, by ensuring their maintenance in operational condition
• Provide technical expertise and the role of OT Network referent, by defining, applying, and evolving architecture and configuration standards
• Administer and evolve network and security infrastructures (switching, routing, firewalls, VPN, segmentation), particularly on Cisco, Fortinet, and Palo Alto technologies
• Design and modernize OT Network architectures, by integrating availability, redundancy, and cybersecurity requirements as well as industrial constraints
• Lead the resolution of complex incidents and coordinate technical interventions, in collaboration with internal teams, service providers, and manufacturers
• Supervise the lifecycle of network infrastructures and equipment, by anticipating obsolescence, ensuring their compliance, and contributing to the renewal roadmap
• Ensure operational monitoring and continuous improvement of network services, via monitoring, KPI/SLA, performance analysis, and automation of operations
• Contribute to network infrastructure evolution projects, from design to production, while maintaining documentation and developing cross-functional IT/OT expertise
