Your environment

• Distributed across the four residential groups in Rothenbrunnen as well as the external residential groups in Chur and in Roveredo, the Heimzentrum Rothenbrunnen offers a total of 76 residential places.
• Your future workplace is a shared living community for adults with mental disabilities
• Your field of activity focuses on participation in all areas of life

Your tasks

• You care for adults with a mental impairment according to the concept of "functional health", the systemic-constructivist attitude and the socio-psychiatric principles
• You accompany clients in everyday practical and social life
• You network and work together with internal and external agencies

Our requirement profile

• You have training as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH or Dipl. Sozialpädagogin / Dipl. Sozialpädagoge HF/FH or as Fachfrau / Fachmann Gesundheit or Fachfrau / Fachmann Betreuung
• You bring professional experience in the psychiatric field
• You are a warm and upright personality
• You maintain an appreciative and dignified interaction with your counterpart
• You possess high social and self-competence and like working independently
• You are flexible and have a high sense of responsibility

Vacation
