Cash handling and processing of daily business

Ensuring a smooth operation in the Espresso Bar

Opening and closing the bar incl. daily report

Support in daily operations (preparation, replenishment, orders, cleanliness)

Maintenance and cleaning of coffee machines and the entire work area

Open, friendly host personality with pleasure in guest contact

Team-oriented, reliable and independent working method

Calmness and resilience even in lively operating situations

Motivation to prepare high-quality coffee every day and to develop professionally

Interest in coffee, gastronomy and current trends in the coffee world

Experience as a barista or training in coffee preparation is an advantage, but not necessarily required

Available at least 3 days a week (approx. 55% workload)

Available at least 4 weekends per month

At least 18 years old

Fluent German language skills

Work experience in the gastronomy industry is an advantage
