CreAtelier Specialist

The WTL supports people on their way back into the labor market. Around 100 employees in 14 different departments combine professional work integration with real orders from business and society.
For the CreAtelier department in Jona, we are looking for an engaged personality as

CreAtelier Specialist, 80 % (m/f/d)

starting 01.12.2026 or by arrangement

What awaits you with us:
Your heart beats for everything creative. You are manualy gifted and also pass on your enthusiasm to the participants. You work together with your supervisor in a two-person team and produce (upcycling) products made from textiles and other materials.

Your tasks:

• Supervision of approx. 8 participants based on work-agogic principles
• Case management including well-being discussions, journal keeping as well as reporting and progress meetings
• Receipt and processing of internal and external orders
• Assistance in the further development of the product range as well as the CreAtelier
• Support in work planning and organization of the atelier operations
• Participation in projects in the overall operation as well as temporary assignments in other departments if required
• Deputizing during the (vacation) absence of the department head

Your profile:

• Joy in dealing with people with psychological, physical or social challenges – work-agogic experience is an advantage
• High social competence, independent but also responsible way of working
• Flair for the development and production of innovative (textile) products in the area of gift items, fashion and home accessories
• Manual dexterity with solid sewing experience
• Good communicative, organizational and administrative skills
• Stylish German in spoken and written form as well as solid Microsoft Office skills
• Team player, resilient and robust personality with humor, serenity and overview, even in challenging situations
