We are looking for one of our hospital clients for an experienced

Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Dipl. Pflegefachmann with additional function vocational training in orthopaedics 80-100%

Your tasks:

• Both competent and individual care as well as support of our patients, taking into account our nursing mission statement
• Independent implementation of the diagnostic as well as therapeutic measures prescribed by the doctor in cooperation with our Fachangestellte Gesundheit
• Recognizing and mastering emergency situations as well as initiating adequate measures until the doctor arrives
• Introduction and support of new employees, apprentices as well as students

Regarding your additional function as a vocational trainer, you take on the following activities:

• Competent guidance and support of HF Studierende Pflege as well as the Lernende Fachfrau/-mann Gesundheit professionally as well as pedagogically during their practical training
• Professional implementation of the educational mandate in the department according to the training concept

Your profile:

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann
• At least two years of professional experience in an acute hospital as well as experience in the specialist area urology/orthopaedics
• Completed further training as Berufsbildner/-in or ready to complete this
• Good German skills (oral and written)
• Independent and structured way of working as well as high quality awareness
