Job Description

As part of this versatile function, you will notably be responsible for:

• Ensuring invoicing based on intervention reports
• Entering and processing data in the ERP system
• Managing reports and files with insurance companies
• Preparing offers and quotes
• Managing telephone reception and email management
• Following up on quotes with customers
• Organizing and coordinating interventions following claims or incidents
• Performing various administrative tasks related to the smooth running of files

Profile Sought
-----------------

CFC as a commercial employee

Initial experience in an administrative, technical or insurance environment is an advantage

Comfortable with IT tools and ERP systems

Sense of organization, rigor and autonomy

Good telephone contact and ease in exchanges with customers

Ability to manage several files simultaneously

Reliable, versatile and solution-oriented person

Conditions

Activity rate: 50%
Schedule: ideally every morning, to be defined by mutual agreement
Training: support and training provided during the first 4 to 6 months
