Our client is active in the healthcare sector in French-speaking Switzerland.
Missions
Manage the entire recruitment process for a large volume of positions.
Analyze internal and external applications and evaluate their suitability with the sought-after profiles.
Write and publish advertisements on various recruitment channels.
Perform sourcing and pre-selection of applications.
Conduct telephone interviews and recruitment interviews.
Ensure coordination with managers and various stakeholders.
Guarantee a quality candidate experience throughout the process.
Ensure administrative follow-up related to recruitments and the updating of HR tools.
Produce regular reports on the progress of the recruitment campaign.
Candidate Profile
University degree in human resources, occupational psychology, management or a title deemed equivalent.
Proven experience in recruitment, ideally on high-volume recruitment campaigns.
Experience as an HR Partner would be an asset.
Excellent organizational and priority management skills.
Interpersonal skills and sense of service.
Proficiency in French and English
Good command of IT tools and applicant tracking systems.
