The Service de l’enfance ensures the management of the nine early childhood living spaces (EVE) of the Ville de Carouge. This organization is part of an approach to valorizing professions, professionalizing practices, and the coherent development of early childhood reception services. Under the responsibility of the management of the structure, you will mainly be in charge of: Welcoming, accompanying, and ensuring the management of a group of children; Planning and proposing activities and animations; Taking ownership of the pedagogical projects carried out by the structure and implementing them on a daily basis; Collaborating to establish and maintain an atmosphere favorable to the development of each child within the group; Establishing a partnership with parents and/or any resource person; Sharing and exchanging knowledge, analyses, and reflections with other professionals; Collaborating closely and actively with the partners of the internal and external network.
