To expand and support our existing team, we are looking for an experienced and dynamic

Architect FH or Bachelor degree (80-100 %)

starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your main tasks:

• Designing, developing, and planning exciting and varied construction projects
• You define the project basics, analyze feasibility, develop solution strategies, and accompany the project until the execution phase
• Carrying out studies and building permit applications
• Independent management of assigned planning tasks in compliance with valid norms and guidelines (SIA/EN/VSS/SUVA etc.)
• Clarifications, meetings with offices, authorities, and specialist planners / specialists
• If necessary, assistance in creating execution, working, and detail plans (up to MST 1:5)

Your ideal profile:

• Completed apprenticeship as Zeichner/-in EFZ specialty architecture
• Further training as dipl. Architekt/in FH or Bachelor degree
• High design skills
• Very good IT user knowledge (MS Office, ArchiCad 25 and higher
• also 3D, Indesign, Photoshop)
• Preferably with already a few years of professional experience in the planning and accompaniment of construction projects (residential construction MFH and EFH; renovation)
• Experience in Swiss building norms and guidelines
• Independent, structured, and precise way of working is required
• Teamwork skills and entrepreneurial thinking and action
• Stylistically confident German in spoken and written form
