Your tasks at your new employer
You ensure the operational and human management of an experienced team, ensuring the quality and cohesion of the collective work
You autonomously take charge of the processing of social insurance files and conduct interviews with social assistance beneficiaries with rigor and empathy
You steer and evolve the internal processes of your sector in order to guarantee efficiency, compliance and continuous daily improvement
You play a linking role with various external partners to clarify certain complex situations relating to current files
You cultivate a spirit of collaboration within the team and contribute to spreading a positive dynamic within the department
You offer your new employer
You hold a CFC as a commercial employee supplemented by a federal diploma as a social insurance specialist, or you can justify solid equivalent experience
You have already held a team leadership position and know how to combine managerial rigor with proximity to your female and male collaborators
You express yourself fluently in French and possess good knowledge of German, both spoken and written
You are comfortable with common IT tools for administrative management and business applications specific to the social insurance sector
You are recognized for your team spirit, your ability to assert yourself depending on the situation and your sharp sense of communication
