On behalf of the Amt für Wirtschaft und Arbeit of the Canton Solothurn, we support young people of all school levels who have not found an apprenticeship or job after compulsory schooling or after an apprenticeship termination, on their way or during entry into the working world.

We need reinforcement and are looking for a person as

Coach 50-70% ##

starting immediately or by arrangement.

You work as a Coach in the Olten team and accompany young people in all matters regarding career finding and integration. In doing so, you work closely with parents, training companies, teachers, offices, and other institutions.

You have a qualification with an Eidgenössischem Fachausweis, ideally in Sozialpädagogik or Soziale Arbeit, and have at least 3 years of professional experience in working with young people in adolescence. We expect high intercultural competence, resilience, willingness to work in a team, flexibility in working hours, as well as confident handling of digital tools and Office applications. You are at least 30 years old, a life-affirming, versatile personality with heart, humor, and empathy.
