With your technical expertise, your analytical thinking, and your understanding of tariff, medical, and economic contexts, you will make a significant contribution to effective and law-compliant management of benefit costs in the mandatory health insurance (OKP).
To strengthen our Special Benefits department, we are looking for a dedicated personality who takes responsibility, drives change, and makes a sustainable contribution to the financial stability of our healthcare system.

What awaits you ###

• You are responsible for performance controlling with the content focus on cost, tariff, and economic efficiency controls.
• Methodical further development of analysis methods for provider-oriented management of benefit costs.
• You lead a motivated team and continuously develop its technical competencies as well as its collaboration.
• You independently process complex cases in daily business in close and uncomplicated exchange with your own team, subject matter experts, Data Analytics, legal service, or medical advisory service.
• In addition, you support internal and external projects in your specialist area and participate in the further development of tariff control methods and economic efficiency audits.
• You contribute your own ideas, actively shape processes further, and have a large scope for action in the further development of your area of responsibility.

What you bring with you ###

• You have a university degree (Uni/FH/HF) in economics, medicine, nursing, or a natural science discipline.
• In addition, you bring several years of professional experience in the healthcare sector and/or in the health insurance sector, ideally in the areas of billing, benefit audit, or economic efficiency control.
• You bring initial leadership experience or are motivated to take responsibility for a team.
• You are strong in strategic and conceptual thinking and have the ability to develop and sustainably establish new methods and processes.
• Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and a confident manner when dealing with internal and external stakeholders round off your profile.
