The residential home Lindenhof offers contemporary and attractive living and daily structure offers in a quiet location in the middle of Basel. 24 adults with disabilities and different support needs find a long-term home here that is individually tailored to their needs. With immediate effect or by arrangement, we are looking for a Specialist Living 60 - 80 % (temporary for 6-12 months) Your mission You support people with a disability in their everyday living and take on tasks in companionship and care. In doing so, you help shape life in the residential group as well as daily structured offers. Key person work and health promotion are an important part of your daily work. You develop development plans, implement them in everyday life, and document your work according to specifications. Interdisciplinary exchange with relatives as well as third parties is also part of the exciting field of activity.
