For our client, a leading and multi-award-winning Swiss manufacturing company in the consumer goods sector (FMCG) with strong private labels, we are looking for an analytically strong personality as a Controller (m/f/d) as part of a direct placement.

Your tasks

• Business Partnering: You create budgets, forecasts, management reports as well as calculations and stand by the business as a consulting sparring partner.
• Specialist Controlling: You take responsibility for marketing and sales controlling and provide key figures and analyses relevant to decision-making.
• Digitalization & BI: You continuously develop existing reporting and BI solutions and actively participate in shaping digitalization initiatives.
• Process Optimization: You analyze business processes along the value chain and identify efficiency potential.
• Teamwork: Together with an experienced team of two colleagues and your manager, you support strategic and operational decisions.

Qualifications

Your profile

• Education: Successfully completed further training in the field of finance and accounting or controlling (FA, HF or FH).
• Professional experience: Several years of experience in the controlling of a manufacturing company as well as sound practical experience in marketing and/or sales controlling.
• Tool know-how: Very good user knowledge in Excel, SAP S/4HANA and Power BI.
• Strengths: Strong analytical skills, affinity for data as well as high consulting competence and persuasiveness.
• Languages: Business fluent German skills.
