Fachperson Betreuung EFZ at the Wohngruppe Speer 70%

starting 1 December 2026 or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• Agogic and nursing support for 10 adult residents with impairment and strong demential developments
• Responsible for the implementation of nursing measures
• Support in the everyday activities of the residents
• Organizational and administrative tasks as a coordination person
• Support in the group household as well as for external doctor and therapy visits
• Maintaining documentation, reports and protocols
• Cooperation with internal and external bodies

You bring with you:

• Training as Fachperson Betreuung EFZ
• Experience in nursing, ideally with people with dementia
• High physical and psychological resilience as well as professional handling of closeness and distance
• Responsible, independent and committed personality with high social skills
• Willingness and flexibility for irregular working hours, evening, weekend and holiday shifts
• Good IT user knowledge as well as good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Driver's license desirable
