Corporate Client Assistant (f/m/d)

In order to strengthen our team dedicated to corporate clients, for Banque Raiffeisen Mont-Aubert Orbe, we are looking for a Corporate Client Assistant (60-100%) eager to accompany companies and economic actors in our region in their projects and development.
In this evolving role, you will progressively discover corporate client advisory within an experienced team. You will benefit from structured support that will allow you to develop your technical, commercial, and interpersonal skills with a view to evolving towards the autonomous management of a client portfolio.

What awaits you?

• Supporting corporate client advisors in their daily activities and contributing to the monitoring of client files.
• Participating in client interviews in order to train in 360° advisory, understand the business models of clients, and identify their needs and opportunities.
• Progressively taking charge of the routine banking needs of a corporate clientele and developing one's own portfolio of relationships.
• Progressively developing skills in commercial financing advisory thanks to the support of specialists and experienced advisors.
• Contributing to the development and growth of the corporate client segment.
• Representing and conveying with conviction and enthusiasm the values of our slogan #PROCHEDEVOUS.

What do you bring?

• Completed banking training (CFC) or training deemed equivalent.
• Strong interest in the entrepreneurial world and a desire to understand the activities, challenges, and business models of your clients.
• Curiosity, spirit of initiative, and willingness to learn in order to progressively develop expertise in corporate client advisory.
• Sense of service, client orientation, and willingness to build lasting close relationships.
• Interest in numbers and financial analysis, particularly the reading of financial statements and understanding the economic issues related to your clients' activities.
• Interest or knowledge in the field of agricultural clientele (an asset).
• Knowledge of the local economic fabric and residence in the region would be a plus.
