To complement our team, we are looking for a qualified personality by agreement as Real Estate Manager m/f (80-100%) Field of responsibility Management of an attractive portfolio with predominantly yield properties and occasional condominium associations: • Rental activities • Preparation of lease agreements • Monitoring and preparing lease agreement changes, rent adjustments, etc. • Inspection and handover of rental properties during tenant changes/initial rental • Management and supervision of caretakers and FM service providers • Maintaining contact with tenants, owners, and suppliers, etc. • Preparation of reports and budgets Your profile • Completed commercial basic training • Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Real Estate Management or equivalent further training • Several years of professional experience and sound knowledge as a manager • Independent, service-oriented personality • Good communication skills and assertiveness Prospects A demanding, varied spectrum of tasks with the desire for co-creation awaits you.
