Your mission

For our client, we are looking for a communicative, service-oriented and sales-strong personality in the field of insurance consultancy. In this varied position, you will competently advise and support members regarding various insurance products and services. With your expertise, your customer orientation and your sales skills, you will identify individual needs, develop suitable solutions and actively contribute to the company's success. Telephone and written advice and support for members and customers, from the creation of offers to the conclusion of contracts. Holistic advice on various products and services with a focus on insurance. Independent processing and follow-up of qualified customer inquiries and leads from internal departments. Active sale of vehicle insurance as well as needs-based advice on suitable insurance solutions. Building and maintaining long-term and sustainable customer and member relationships. Ensuring a high service and advisory quality as well as professional customer care. Close cooperation with internal departments to ensure a smooth advisory and sales process.

Your profile

VBV certification as an insurance intermediary or a VBV partial certification in the non-life sector. Very good German and French skills in speaking and writing, at least level C1. Experience in telephone or written customer advice, ideally in the insurance sector. Pronounced sales flair as well as enjoyment of needs-oriented advice and support for customers. High customer and service orientation as well as a convincing and communicative personality. Structured, solution-oriented and independent way of working. High sense of responsibility, reliability and commitment. Teamwork skills, positive charisma and enjoyment in working with others.
