We strive to push the boundaries of what is technically possible by not only developing important products for satellites and launch vehicles but also contributing to improving life on Earth.     Your Team The Quality Control Team Emmen offers comprehensive inspection campaigns for aerospace and industrial customers, typically as part of development, qualification, or acceptance tests. The test objects range from individual components to complete products and include rocket parts. The team consists of 14 highly qualified employees who contribute significantly to ensuring the highest quality standards through their expertise and passion. What unites us is our shared commitment to the core values of Beyond Gravity: curious, passionate, together.     Your Mission   • Collaboration on the documentation of Key Inspection Points (KIP) and Mandatory Inspection Points (MIP) (production records) to verify critical features/requirements • Participation in deviation and error investigations whenever product and/or process requirements are violated • Carrying out incoming goods inspections (supply chain products) • Carrying out inline verifications according to product/quality assurance requirements • Verification of measuring and testing equipment • Implementation of the quality control program according to project milestones • Ensuring the successful implementation of customer, regulatory, and internal requirements for operational execution • Active participation in the internal deviation management process • Support in creating process quality documentation • Support in process qualification • Participation in customer and internal audits as a quality control representative • Contribution to the development of the quality organization (training/coaching) • Contribution to customer satisfaction regarding quality performance • Performance monitoring of quality processes in production • Input into the quality data package for space applications • Collaboration on internal root cause analyses and reports on deviations   Your Qualifications   • Completed vocational training/degree (technology, mechanics, mechatronics, electronics) • Knowledge of standards such as EN9100, ECSS, NASA and MIL • Ability to quickly understand and analyze technical products/systems and their function • Experience in using MS Office required • Experience in applying preventive quality methods (5-Why, Ishikawa/Fishbone analysis) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German & English • Experience in other space companies • Relevant experience in the area of quality and continuous improvement   What we offer   • An international environment with a global mindset and high-tech products that will fly into space • A highly specialized and motivated team with a lot of know-how in a unique industry • We live a hands-on mentality and take suggestions for improvement seriously • Attractive working conditions (subsidy for public transport, training and development opportunities, fully paid maternity/paternity leave and much more) • Flexible and mobile working and at least 5 weeks of vacation with the possibility to buy additional vacation days ?
