In this elegant 4-star hotel with 24 rooms, we pamper our guests with traditional Swiss cuisine in the LÖWENSTOBE (50 seats) and create unforgettable experiences in the Löwensaal for events. The spacious outdoor area offers space for up to 80 guests and creates a perfect location for enjoyment.

In the year 2025, we opened our luxurious 5-star superior hotel HUUS QUELL with 30 rooms and suites. Your Profile

• Experience in the field of cleaning, building cleaning, facility services, or in a comparable function
• Independent, reliable, and responsible way of working
• Organizational talent and enjoyment in the coordination of external cleaning staff and service providers
• Strong eye for cleanliness, order, and details
• Enjoyment of a varied activity with both practical and organizational tasks
• Friendly and professional appearance when dealing with employees, customers, and external partners
• Good German language skills, further language skills are an advantage
• Flexibility, resilience, and a high level of commitment

Your Tasks

• Regular cleaning and maintenance of office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, kitchens, sanitary facilities, and common areas.
• Carrying out cleaning work on construction sites, in project rooms, show apartments, and other areas used by the company as required.
• Organization and coordination of additional external cleaning staff or cleaning companies according to the respective workload.
• Instructing external cleaning staff regarding tasks, priorities, cleaning standards, and project-specific requirements.
• Monitoring the cleaning work performed and ensuring the agreed quality standards.
• Planning and coordination of cleaning schedules as well as special, basic, and construction cleaning.
• Organization and accompaniment of cleaning work before important dates such as customer visits, viewings, acceptances, handovers, or events.
• Independent recognition of cleaning and tidying needs as well as initiating the necessary measures.
• Monitoring the stock of cleaning agents, consumables, and work equipment, as well as timely organization of reorders.
• Ensuring professional and economical handling of cleaning agents, equipment, and consumables.
• Reporting identified damage, defects, or necessary repair and maintenance measures to the responsible department.
• Organization and coordination of access for external cleaning staff to the respective premises and work areas.
• Support in the organization of waste disposal as well as ensuring clean and orderly storage and utility rooms.
• Compliance with applicable hygiene, safety, and construction site regulations.
• Active support in the event of short-term or increased cleaning needs.
• Assumption of further appropriate tasks in the field of cleaning, order, and facility services.
