Your main tasks Creating pension plans, financial plans and pension analyses across all 3 pillars including documentation of customer contacts Participation in customer acquisition and marketing Ensuring the most up-to-date state of knowledge as well as participation in knowledge building and transfer within the department Presentations at information events Supporting customer service in advisory meetings regarding the 2nd pillar Contribution to the continuous improvement process (CIP) Participation and involvement in projects Your skills Commercial basic training Qualification as a financial planner with federal diploma (eidg. Fachausweis), alternatively a completed degree or advanced specialist training in the field of financial planning Several years of professional experience as a financial planner Excellent knowledge of the functioning of all three pillars of the Swiss social security system Knowledge and practical experience in using the planning tool Logismata Allfina Pension High customer, quality and service orientation Convincing appearance and good articulation skills Winning, resilient and flexible personality Proficient German skills in spoken and written form (English, French, Italian skills are an advantage) What we offer Attractive working and employment conditions (incl.
