Logistics Specialist

Start date: As soon as possible

Temporary position

End date: July 2027

Your mission :

You will ensure the smooth running of logistical and administrative activities related to stock management.

Your responsibilities :

• Execute and monitor SAP processes (goods issues, material consumption, planning activities, etc.).
• Ensure precise and efficient stock management.
• Provide administrative support to the department (SAP).
• Guarantee data reliability and compliance with internal procedures.
• Perform replenishment activities, inventory controls, and verification of stock levels.
• Manage stock movements (pallet transport, order picking, etc.).
• Provide support in resolving operational problems and occasional logistical challenges.
• Collaborate closely with warehouse, production, and supply chain teams.

Your profile :

• Completed training in logistics or a related field.
• Several years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Solid knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) requirements.
• Good proficiency in SAP (MM/WM modules).
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Forklift license is an asset.
• Excellent command of English.
