To lead our IT service, we are looking for a convincing management personality from December 2026 or by agreement as Head of IT Service & Member of the Management Team You are responsible for our IT service with around 50 employees. With your management team, you shape the strategic and operational development of the service, create orientation, and set clear priorities. You ensure that we continue to inspire our customers as a reliable and innovative partner. As a leader, you know how to mobilize people around common goals and establish clarity and commitment even in demanding situations. You develop employees, managers, and the organization with foresight and actively contribute to a culture that combines performance, development, and mutual support. Entrepreneurial thinking and customer orientation guide your actions. With a sense of the market, customer needs, and opportunities, you advance our service portfolio. You manage to reconcile growth, innovation, and risk management. Your commercial strength is used in a targeted manner to develop customer relationships and new business opportunities. You have experience in managing IT service organizations and have successfully accompanied changes and transformations. Modern technologies interest you, and you understand their importance for customers and business. You can address technological issues without getting lost in technical details.
