The Groupe Téléverbier offers its customers (1 million skier days/year) one of the largest ski areas in Switzerland with its 38 installations and its slopes at 3300m altitude. In peak season, it employs nearly 500 collaborators. An IT Specialist 80-100% # To accompany our growth and strengthen our team within the framework of ambitious projects, we are looking for: Your missions: • Ensure local IT support for users, take charge of their requests and resolve technical incidents;  • Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot workstations, peripherals, mobile equipment and fixed and mobile telephony solutions.  • Participate in the operation and maintenance of the IT infrastructure: servers, networks and technical equipment;  • Administer and maintain Microsoft environments (Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure) as well as the various business tools and applications;  • Participate in the management of access, user rights and the implementation of cybersecurity measures;  • Ensure the follow-up of requests with external service providers and follow the resolution of incidents;  • Actively participate in IT projects and the deployment of new solutions in collaboration with the different business departments of the company;  • Document knowledge bases and write work instructions as well as IT procedures;  • Participate in the continuous improvement of IT tools, processes and services.  Your profile: • CFC in IT or an equivalent training; bsp; • Experience in IT support and systems and network administration; bsp; • Good knowledge of Microsoft environments (Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure), Windows and network infrastructures;   • Experience in managing a ticketing system (GLPI) is strongly appreciated; bsp; • Initial experience in coordination or management of a team is also an asset; bsp; • Sense of service, team spirit, autonomy, rigor and good communication skills; bsp; • Interest in new technologies and ability to evolve in a diversified IT environment;  • Confirmed practice of alpine skiing and good knowledge of the mountains;  • Experience with technical environments of ski lifts (Skidata, radios, cash register systems, payment terminals, video surveillance, IoT, etc.) is a real advantage.
