To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Chef de Partie (m/f/d)

In the versatile and responsible function as Chef de Partie (m/f/d), the following activities are part of your area of responsibility:

• Preparation and production of dishes for banquets, events, buffets, and functions of various sizes
• Professional implementation of recipes, portioning, and specifications for plating the food for the Les Trois Rois Bar
• Ensuring flawless kitchen processes as well as smooth preparation and post-service cleanup
• Inspection of the plated food at the station regarding taste, quality, and appearance
• Determination of food requirements as well as recording and forwarding of goods orders
• Receipt, inspection, and professional storage of food items
• Creation of menu suggestions and daily menus in cooperation with the supervisor
• Ensuring a constantly high quality and optimal preparation of the dishes
• Implementation and monitoring of hotel-specific standards as well as the specifications of quality management
• Compliance with applicable hygiene regulations and food laws

You will convince us with the following characteristics:

• A completed vocational training in the hotel or gastronomy industry as a chef with subsequent relevant professional experience
• Sound knowledge in hygiene, HACCP, as well as quality and safety standards; corresponding hygiene training is an advantage
• Interest in the training of employees, apprentices, and trainees, as well as initial leadership experience
• Structured, careful, and reliable way of working as well as high resilience and flexibility
• Team-oriented, solution-oriented personality with a confident and professional appearance as well as good communication and assertiveness skills
• Good language skills in German, other languages such as English and French are an advantage
