Operations Maintenance CVC Manager H/F As part of this function, you ensure the operational, technical and human management of your area of activity. • Supervision and development of technicians and site managers. • Technical support to teams to ensure effective and professional interventions. • Organization and planning of maintenance interventions. • Management of the contractual scope and monitoring of maintenance plans via the GMAO. • Management of subcontractors and coordination of cross-functional services. • Monitoring of activity and regular reporting to management. • Monitoring of contracts in collaboration with internal services. • Guarantee of profitability and good execution of services. Your profile ## • Training in the field of climate engineering or equivalent training. • Solid knowledge of heating and ventilation systems. • Mastery of computer tools and GMAO software. • Successful experience in managing technical teams. • Natural leadership and excellent relational ease.
