Triaplus employs around 600 employees, is a teaching hospital of the University of Lucerne and provides training in over 10 university and non-university professions. With the Klinik Zugersee and the decentralized outpatient clinics, we ensure psychiatric care in the cantons of Uri, Schwyz and Zug.

Klinik Zugersee is a center for inpatient psychiatry and psychotherapy for adults. As a Category A advanced training clinic, inpatient with a total of 158 clinic beds and approximately 1600 admissions per year, it is equal to university and cantonal clinics.

Social Worker (f/m/d) in Oberwil-Zug, 80% ##

Your tasks include ###

• Counseling and supporting patients with a mental illness and their relatives
• Creation of social histories and treatment plans together with the patients
• Independent clarification and assessment of difficult social problems
• Execution of demanding administrative tasks
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with institutions, counseling centers and authorities
• Organization and implementation of coaching conversations with and for patients seeking a follow-up solution in the area of housing
• Support and promotion of patients in social and professional integration with the goal of regaining their independence in everyday life
• Active participation in the design and further development of clinical social work

For this, you bring ###

• Diploma in Social Work FH with sound specialist knowledge in social work
• Strong social and communication skills with empathy towards people in difficult life situations
• High sense of responsibility as well as confident appearance and flexibility
• Quick comprehension, reliable and independent way of working
• Ability to maintain an overview even under high workload
• Joy and commitment to working in a motivated, long-standing team, active exchange of knowledge and experience
• Good user knowledge in MS-Office
• Impeccable German skills in speaking and writing, foreign language skills are an advantage
