We offer a fair wage, which ranges between CHF 70’000 to CHF 75’000 per year (100% workload) depending on experience and skills. Applications from talents with differing competencies are also welcome; in such cases, your wage may lie slightly below or above the range.

What you can achieve.

• Together with the team leadership, you are responsible for a team of approx. 20-30 employees in sorting and ensure the efficient and high-quality processing of the resulting parcel volumes.
• In the leadership duo, you lead and promote your employees, actively shape team development, lead meetings, and maintain communication and information within the team.
• Furthermore, you schedule your personnel according to business principles, question existing workflows, and adapt processes if necessary.
• Within the management team, you actively contribute your ideas and support the implementation of optimization suggestions.
• You actively participate in daily operations and are ready to roll up your sleeves in sorting in a weekly alternating 2-shift operation (day and night shift).

What you bring with you.

• You have a completed logistics training with an eidg. Fähigkeitszeugnis or a comparable training and you bring experience in a production and logistics company.
• Ideally, you bring initial leadership experience or are ready to further your education in the field of leadership and apply what you have learned in practice.
• You score with us with a pronounced team spirit, assertiveness, as well as high flexibility and resilience.
• You communicate precisely and maintain a fair and appreciative manner. Additionally, you are an organizational talent and face changes with confidence.
• To be able to actively support the team, you are physically and mentally resilient, and the 2-shift operation (day shift: 06:00 to 15:40; night shift: 19:30 to 04:00) can be well reconciled with your private life.
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good IT skills round off your profile.
