Your Impact - What to expect As HR Generalist (w/m/d), you will actively contribute to the further development and professionalization of our personnel work at our locations. You will care for our employees along the entire Employee Lifecycle. You will accompany on- and offboardings, be responsible for administrative HR processes, and be the central contact person for employees and managers on personnel-related issues. In doing so, you will control the entire recruiting process independently, conduct interviews, and support our departments in winning the right talents for our crew. In addition, you will advise managers and employees on labor law, organizational, and personnel management issues and continuously develop existing HR processes. Your tasks will include coordinating preparatory payroll accounting, caring for certificate, insurance, and authority processes, as well as ensuring compliance with labor law and organizational framework conditions. You will work together with our HR team in Germany to further develop our employer brand in Switzerland. You will support university marketing measures and bring your own ideas to attract and retain talents. You will work in our offices in Zürich or Neuhausen am Rheinfall as well as flexibly in a home office. Your Skills - What characterizes you A successfully completed degree with a focus on human resources management, business administration, business psychology, or a comparable field. At least three to five years of professional experience in human resources with a focus on recruiting and operational personnel work in the labor market. In-depth knowledge in the generalist HR field as well as in labor law and international employee assignments. A pronounced communication strength as well as a structured and independent working method. High team orientation and enjoyment of cross-location collaboration with our HR team.
