RECEPTIONIST
Young and dynamic lawyer-notary firm, active in Crans-Montana, which is committed to offering a pleasant working environment to its employees, is looking for an engaged person for the position of:
Receptionist at 50%
Your challenges: - - - - -
Receiving telephone calls and welcoming clients,
Processing emails,
Making appointments and supporting calendar management,
Opening files,
Other administrative tasks (e.g., archiving, purchasing and ordering supplies...).
Your profile: - - - - - - - -
CFC as a commercial or office employee with experience in a similar position,
Neat presentation and sense of hospitality,
Sense of organization, autonomy and flexibility,
Proficiency in IT tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams),
Ease of contact with clients,
Precise, conscientious, versatile,
Discreet and able to resist stress,
Native French speaker,
Knowledge of German and English would be an asset.
