What you will do

As the manager of the Lausanne branch, you report directly to the CEO of Regimo. You bear operational responsibility for the site, lead the team, and maintain key relationships with clients and business partners. In this capacity, your main missions consist of:

• Ensuring the management of the branch and supervising its important portfolio of real estate of all types
• Guaranteeing quality real estate management, at the service of the customer
• Driving the operational development and financial performance of the branch: budget, turnover, profitability, and key performance indicators
• Leading, mobilizing, and advancing a team of approximately 25 employees. Retaining key clients and developing relationships with them

Identifying development possibilities in the market and seizing business opportunities
Working in close collaboration with the management and other departments of the company

What you bring

Your experience and taste for responsibility matter, as do your mindset, your personality, and your sense of contact.

• An in-depth knowledge of the Swiss real estate market, especially in Romandie, and of the applicable legal and regulatory framework
• A solid professional network in Suisse romande
• Higher education in real estate, for example a federal certificate of property manager or a federal diploma of real estate administrator, or an equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience in real estate, particularly in a management function, ideally in a similar position
• Experience in managing complex real estate portfolios
• Business sense: you understand business management mechanisms, assume responsibility for the budget and results, and decide with confidence in the overall interest of Regimo
• A clear, respectful, and mobilizing leadership style, which empowers everyone and strengthens team spirit
• Energy, a taste for teamwork, and a sense of the customer and service
• Strong communication skills and an ability to convince, with demanding clients and partners as well as at all levels of the company
• A very good command of French and German (imperative)

Start of duties from January 2027 or to be agreed.
