Apply now!   At a glance   The position as a Commissioning and Qualification Engineer for our state-of-the-art plants offers you the opportunity to expand your technical flair and to learn a lot in a varied everyday routine. The team as well as the induction through our SKAN Aacademy will support you in starting in our field of activity. With us, you will spend approx. 50% of your time on-site at our pharmaceutical customers during commissioning and qualification, which gives you the opportunity to get to know new cultures and actively apply your language skills.    Tasks   • Commissioning of isolators as well as peripheral devices and working with common PLC controls • Input/Output tests (I/O tests) and line tests • Documentation according to cGMP • Installation and Operational Qualification (IQ/OQ) of (isolator) systems: • Verification of design documentation against the plant (P&ID, electrical and pneumatic diagrams or nameplate lists) • Calibration and adjustment of sensors and instruments • Qualification of ventilation systems (filter test, air velocity mapping and cleanroom class) • Alarm testing & function tests • Troubleshooting, analysis and elimination of mechanical, electrical or software deviations   Hardskills   • Engineer in the field of mechatronics, electrical engineering, systems engineering, or similar (also career starters or recent graduates) • Professional experience in a GMP-regulated environment or in the field of validation/qualification is an advantage • A driver's license for passenger cars is required • Proficient use of MS Office • Very good English and German skills are mandatory.
