Sales Assistant (m/f/d) – kybun Joya health shoes

As a sales assistant, you will advise and support our customers personally and competently. The focus is on needs-oriented advice, active selling, and a positive shopping experience.

Your tasks:

Competent and personal advice for our customers
Active sale of kybun and Joya health shoes as well as additional products
Recognizing individual customer needs and recommending suitable products
Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
Active cooperation in achieving turnover and sales targets
Operating the cash register system
Goods receipt, goods management, and inventory control
Appealing presentation of the products and sales area
Processing customer inquiries, exchanges, and complaints
Support during sales promotions, events, and marketing measures
Ensuring order and cleanliness in the shop

Your profile:

Completed training in retail or several years of professional experience in sales
Experience in active selling and personal customer advice is mandatory
Strong sales and customer orientation
Enjoyment of advice-intensive products and direct customer contact
Friendly, well-groomed, and professional appearance
Independent, reliable, and team-oriented way of working
Very good German skills
Willingness to work flexible hours and on Saturdays

Experience in shoe, health, sports, or advice-intensive retail is an advantage.
