To support this dynamic and meet the challenges of tomorrow, we are looking for our future: Bus technical site manager 100% --------------------------------------------- permanent - (M/F) -- Denges --------------------------- As the guarantor of the bus technical site's performance, you lead the maintenance team (mechanical, electrical, cleaning and logistics). You are responsible for the reliability, availability and safety of the fleet and production tools, as well as cost control over the entire vehicle life cycle (LCC). You plan and prioritize maintenance work, whether internal or outsourced, according to defined instructions and operational needs, and ensure its traceability in the ERP. You also manage the commissioning of new vehicles, from technical reception to their integration into operations. As the true conductor of the site, you recruit and develop your employees, organize resources and on-call duties, and participate in the preparation and monitoring of the budget. With suppliers and the engineering department, you define corrective measures and evolve the fleet. Finally, you manage cleaning services and ensure the image of the fleet. Holding a technical CFC completed by higher education in business administration or a degree in automotive and vehicle engineering, as well as training in team management, you have at least 5 years of management experience and 5 years in road vehicle maintenance. Training or experience in project management allows you to lead projects with rigor, from conception to completion. You are perfectly familiar with safety regulations, are comfortable with an ERP and Microsoft tools, and have excellent command of French, both spoken and written. A heavy goods vehicle license and knowledge of German or English are real assets.
