Your tasks: • Recruitment of medical professionals: You will take over the entire recruiting process from profile definition and direct approach to the successful placement of doctors, nursing professionals, and other medical specialists. • Consulting and support of customers: Through your market knowledge and your intuition for the needs of your clients, you will professionally advise clinics, hospitals, health centers, and practices and develop individual solution approaches. • Building and maintaining a first-class candidate network: With tact and sensitivity, you will use your network, social media channels, and job portals to find top candidates for demanding vacancies. • Market observation and promotion of innovation: You will actively observe industry trends, identify new recruitment channels, and use modern tools to continuously develop our services. • Quality and customer orientation: You maintain long-term, trusting relationships with customers and candidates, ensure a smooth placement process, and place great value on an excellent candidate experience.
