For one of our clients, a recognized company in the field of building technology and Facility Management, we are looking for an HVAC After-Sales Service Technician (m/f).

Job description ##

Your mission :

• Perform maintenance and servicing work in the HVAC field (heating, ventilation, air conditioning)
• Perform troubleshooting
• Ensure on-call service
• Perform the commissioning of installations
• Guarantee the quality of interventions in your area of competence
• Respect hygiene and safety standards
• Document interventions via digital tools (tablet, e-mail)
• Collaborate actively with the teams and support colleagues
• Represent the company by ensuring quality customer service

We expect ##

Your profile :

• CFC as a heating, sanitary, or electrician installer with experience in HVAC or refrigeration technician
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the fields of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning
• Good knowledge of Swiss standards and techniques
• OIBT 15 certification (an asset)
• Valid category B driver's license
• Comfortable with standard IT tools
• Autonomous, flexible, and proactive person
• Sense of responsibility and service
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to listen
• Team spirit
