Your tasks

• Operative and strategic leadership of the cleaning department
• Leadership, promotion, and further development of the subordinate employees and team leaders
• Ensuring professional, efficient, and high-quality cleaning in all assigned areas
• Continuous optimization of processes, workflows, and cleaning standards
• Close cooperation with the departments of hotel management, nursing, technical services, as well as other interdisciplinary partners
• Participation in budget planning, cost control, and the achievement of defined quality and economic objectives
• Primary contact person for the external cleaning service provider
• Responsible for the digital cleaning system soobr

Your profile

• Completed training in the field of housekeeping, facility management, or comparable qualification, with further training at BP, HFP, or HF level
• Several years of professional and leadership experience in a comparable function, preferably in healthcare
• Strong understanding of services as well as high customer and service orientation
• Entrepreneurial thinking and action combined with a high awareness of quality
• High leadership, communication, and conflict resolution competence
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Good user knowledge of MS Office programs
• Resilient, flexible, and responsible personality with strong social competence
