Rudolf Krenger AG in Wiedlisbach clothes people who get stuck in. We specialize in work and leisure clothing and advise farmers, forestry companies, commercial enterprises, craftsmen, as well as private customers throughout Switzerland.

From consultation via finishing with printing, embroidery & laundry service to delivery, we offer everything from a single source. Together with our field service, our resellers, our retail shop, and NK Workwear AG, we are a well-coordinated team with short distances and a lot of passion for good workwear.

Your tasks

• You record and process customer orders, offers, and delivery notes from A to Z
• You look after our customers on the telephone and via e-mail – in German and French
• You maintain customer and article master data in our ERP system
• You coordinate orders with shipping, logistics, printing and embroidery as well as with our field service
• You process complaints and returns in a solution-oriented manner

Your profile

• Completed commercial basic training (EFZ) or a comparable training
• Initial professional experience in administration or in internal service
• Good French skills in speaking and writing (at least B1 / business fluent) as well as stylish German
• Confident handling of MS Office; ERP knowledge is an advantage
• Exact, independent way of working and a good sense of priorities
• Friendly appearance and enjoyment of contact with customers
• Interest in textiles and workwear is a bonus
